Pet Guardians
If you're a Pet Guardian, we are currently waiving membership and booking fees for a limited time to celebrate our launch, so you are all set! You can expect your account to be approved within 24 hours (usually much faster, but if we have a puppy in our arms...). As soon as you are approved, you can set up your Pet Profile(s).
Pet Sitters
If you're a Pet Sitter, please understand that it takes us a little time to review your application, check references, etc. To speed up the process, please ensure that you have completed your Criminal Record Check. You will be notified as soon as the application is approved.
