• Confirmation that pets are permitted in your residence and that you comply with local bylaws
• Two References (one must be pet-related)
• Criminal Record Check
• Confirmation of adherence to CruizinK9 Connect policies
• Confirmation of adherence to BC SPCA policies

Create Your Pet Sitter Profile

Create your account and tell pet guardians about yourself, your experience, and the services you offer.

Once your application has been submitted, our team will review your information and screening requirements before approving your profile on the platform.

Creating your profile takes approximately 5–10 minutes.

If needed, you can ceate your profile and return later to complete your screening requirements.

Criminal Record Check Requirements

All pet sitters must complete our application process, provide references, and submit an Enhanced Criminal Record Check before being approved on the platform.

These requirements help us build a trusted community and give pet guardians confidence when choosing a pet sitter.

If you do not already have a current Criminal Record Check, one can be completed online through our trusted screening partner, Triton, at a discounted rate.

Criminal Record Checks must be renewed annually to maintain an active profile on CruizinK9 Connect.

Already have a Valid Criminal Record Check?

If you have a valid criminal record check, please use this form to upload it for review.

To be accepted, your criminal record check must:

• Be dated within the last twelve (12) months
• Be complete and clearly legible
• Match the name on your application
